1.Introduction of CJD-600 crawler pneumatic water well drilling rig
CJD-600 crawler pneumatic water well drilling rig is a pneumatic water well drilling rig jointly developed by Shandong Master Machinery Group and Jining Master Machinery Research Institute. It is mainly used for drilling operations in rocky areas such as hills and mountainous areas. It has the advantages of large drilling diameter, deep drilling, fast footage, flexible movement and high efficiency. It has been widely used in industrial and civilian drilling, geothermal drilling, environmental monitoring drilling and other occasions.
2.Features of CJD-600 crawler pneumatic water well drilling rig
(1)Using the principle of pneumatic impact, the drilling footage is fast and the efficiency is high.
(2)Equipped with steel crawler chassis, it has strong off-road performance and can easily cope with various complex work sites.
(3)Equipped with hydraulic high outriggers, it is convenient for loading and unloading trucks, saving hoisting costs, and can be used for drilling rig leveling to maintain the stability of the fuselage.
(4)Equipped with a high-power diesel engine, the power is strong, and it can effectively meet the work needs.
(5)Equipped with hydraulic lifting and lowering compound drill boom, it saves space and provides powerful lifting force for deep hole operations.
(6)The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic feeding system, dual hydraulic motor power head, chain drive and hydraulic cylinder propulsion, with large torque and high drilling efficiency.
