1. Brief introduction of KQZ-120D pneumatic-electric DTH drilling rig
KQZ-120D pneumatic-electric DTH drilling rig is a new type of rock drilling equipment designed for water conservancy projects and building materials construction sites. It is suitable for drilling various rock formations in open-pit mines, ater conservancy, building slope treatment and other projects.
KQZ-120D pneumatic-electric DTH drilling rig is a percussive rotary drilling rig. Its internal structure is different from that of a general jack drill. Its valve train and reciprocating piston mechanism are independent, that is impactor. The front end is directly connected to the drill bit, and the rear end is connected to the drill rod. When rock drilling, the impactor dives into the hole, through the gas distribution device (valve), the piston (hammer) in the impactor reciprocates to hit the shank tail, so that the drill bit generates a whirling force on the rock at the bottom of the hole.
