1. Introduction of JFD-6S crawler reverse circulation water well drilling rig
Rotary water well drilling rig with reverse circulation washing medium is referred to as reverse circulation drilling rig. During the drilling of reverse circulation rig, the self-supply pool of washing fluid flows to the bottom of the well through the annular gap between the well head and the outer wall of the drill pipe in the way of self-flow, and then the entailed drilling slag returns to the well head through the inner cavity of the drill pipe, and is discharged to the supply pool through the faucet and slag discharge pipe. After the precipitation is clarified, it flows back into the well for circulation.
Reverse circulation drilling rig drilling speed is fast. Because of the high flow rate of the washing fluid in the drill pipe and the strong slag discharge capacity of the pipe, the drilling slag or pebble cut down the well can be directly drawn out of the well, so the bottom hole rarely accumulates drilling slag, greatly reducing the number of double cutting or grinding.
Reverse circulation drilling rig rely on static and osmotic pressure of washing fluid to keep the borehole wall stable and reduce mud blockage of the aquifer in the well, so it is easier to wash the well and produce more water after completion.
