ZYJ-270/180 column type hydraulic rotary drilling rig is a set of safety equipment integrating anchor cable support and gas drainage for coal mines. It can be used to detect gas or water on rock faces and coal mining faces, and the drilling depth can reach 200M. The drilling rig has the advantages of reasonable structure, precise technology, strong craftsmanship, safe and feasible operation, and convenient transportation. It is a kind of equipment that meets the various drilling process requirements of coal mines. This machine is mainly used for drilling geological exploration holes, caving holes, gas drainage holes, water injection holes, water discharge holes, cable holes and other engineering holes in coal mines. The drilling rig has strong applicability, it can not only drill with cemented carbide drill bits, but also use diamond drill bits for drilling. It is not only used in coal mining but also suitable for rotary drilling in other mines.
ZYJ-270/180 column type hydraulic rotary drilling rig is characterized by light weight, simple operation and low failure rate. It is equipped with pillars to support and fix the guide rail. It adopts the top-tightening method. The 360-degree adjustable connection plate between the guide rail and the pillar ensures that the drilling angle can be adjusted by ±90 degrees. The drilling rig adopts a split layout, and the whole machine is composed of four parts: the main engine, the pump station, the operation table and the rubber hose accessories. Each part is easy to disassemble and assemble, and is easy to carry.
