1.Introduction to KQZD-430 Down-the-Hole Drill Rig
The KQZD series down-the-hole (DTH) drill rig is a highly efficient and flexible open-pit crawler-type rock drilling equipment. It transmits impact energy to the drill bit through an impactor; while the drill bit impacts the rock at high frequency, it rotates at high speed. Compressed air discharges the drilled rock cuttings out of the hole, realizing the synchronous operation of "impact-rotation-slag discharge".
The DTH drill rig features excellent mobility and off-road capability, adapting to all-terrain operations and enabling quick and flexible transition in complex terrains. It is mainly applied in fields such as open-pit mine blasting holes, large-scale rock excavation projects, and water conservancy and hydropower construction. 2.Features of KQZD-430 Down-the-Hole Drill Rig
